Itinerary
We will visit the charming Guápulo, located on the western hillside of Quito, and in the historical centre we will enjoy colonial architecture, legends, and learn about the Inca and pre-Inca importance of the area. On Plaza San Francisco, a trade spot long before the arrival of the Spaniards, we will visit the Tianguez Art Gallery. | | We may head up to the Panecillo (“winged virgin”) look out, or head even higher up on the slopes of the Pichincha Volcano with help of an aerial cableway. |
