After returning to the ship for lunch, attend an enlightening talk on Amazonic philosophy—a reflection on nature, balance, and indigenous beliefs. In the afternoon, arrive at San Regis, a riverside community where you’ll meet a local shaman. Learn about traditional rituals, medicinal plants, and ancestral wisdom. You’ll also take part in a symbolic tree-planting ceremony before returning to La Perla for a night of live music and storytelling.

Before sunrise, head out to Iquitos Brook, an ideal place to spot early-rising wildlife including monkeys and rare birds. After breakfast, experience a jungle canopy walk through a series of hanging bridges, allowing you to observe the rainforest from above—a perspective few get to see. Post-lunch, relax on board before venturing to the Shiriyacu stream. Try traditional piranha fishing as your guides share stories of the river’s legendary creatures. With luck, you’ll also catch a glimpse of pink dolphins gliding nearby. Return to the boat for a peaceful evening of dining and music under the starlit Amazon sky.
Day 4 (Wednesday) : Nauta, Amazon River, Yacapana Gorge
As the sun rises, take a final skiff ride to Gasparito Brook, a lush area rich in birdlife and primate activity. After breakfast back on board, enjoy a fun and tasty demonstration of how to prepare Peru’s signature cocktail—the Pisco Sour. With spirits high and hearts full, it’s time to disembark and return toward Iquitos. Along the way, you’ll visit the Amazon Forever Bio Park, a conservation sanctuary where rescued manatees and other animals are rehabilitated.
